Cancellation Policy

Scope This policy applies to all services offered, excluding Special Rate Services, i.e. standard consultations, sale of digital files, online courses and video courses. Prices and Payments Service Prices: Each service has a price indicated in the offer phase and confirmed by email or contract. Payment Methods: We accept the following methods: bank transfer, PayPal, credit card (via Stripe). Payment must be made in advance for digital products and online courses. For standard consultations, payment can be agreed in one of the following ways: 50% advance at the time of booking. Balance at the conclusion of the service. Methods of Delivery of Services Consultations: Delivered via video call or on site (if agreed). Digital Files and Online Courses: Made available via download link sent by email or direct access to the personal area of the site. Duration of Services: Clearly specified during the booking phase. Changes and Cancellations Changes: You can request changes to appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. After this deadline, changes are not guaranteed without additional costs. Cancellations: For consultations: If the cancellation occurs within 7 days of the booked date, 30% of the total will be retained as a penalty. For cancellations less than 48 hours before the session, the entire amount is retained. For digital products and online courses: No refund is foreseen, as these are materials with immediate and non-revocable access. Delivery and Access to Digital Products Digital files and courses purchased will be sent to the email address provided by the customer or made accessible via the site platform. Any access problems must be reported within 48 hours of purchase, to receive technical assistance. Limitations of Liability We are not responsible for: Improper use of digital files or courses purchased. Temporary unavailability of the site for technical reasons or maintenance. Delays in consulting due to force majeure. Receipt and Documentation For payments made, an occasional receipt of service will be issued. The receipt will be sent by email at the end of the service or upon completion of payment. This policy guarantees transparency and security for both customers and the service provider, ensuring a professional and clear experience.
